CCM is not just about career transitions, although that is usually the entry point for our clients. We are here to help you manage your whole career, ensuring that you achieve your goals in life. We truly believe in 'Careers by Design'.
The degree of ongoing career management you want us to engage in will be up to you. We recommend that we touch base every 6 months to see if you are still on track. This might include:
- Analysing your current career status and trajectory
- Monitoring your medium and long-term goals
- Discussing if you might need professional development
- Checking the status of your professional networksÂ
It will be highly beneficial to have someone to keep you accountable on your journey and to provide ongoing expert guidance. High fliers normally have had some form of mentoring and our career management process can be used in this way. It will also prepare you for the inevitable career changes and keep your skills current at all times.
