Our Individual Program is designed to help you accelerate or re-invigorate your career, including during career transitions. If you are seeking comprehensive support with full individual attention, then you should opt for the Individual Program. It is our most popular offering and targets professionals and junior to middle managers.
If you sign up for the Individual Program, there is no time limit on the coaching you receive from us, we work with you until you have achieved the desired outcome (normally 12 one-on-one sessions).
