For most of our clients this module is going to be the starting point of your journey with us. Whether as part of the Individual or Executive Program or as a stand-alone offering, the aim is to get you to reflect on your career history and distil what you liked and what you disliked about the work and the organisations you were with. From this basis we then help you to realistically assess your current situation and how this may translate into the career transition you are looking for.

In our many years of coaching expertise we have learned to ask the right questions if you are unsure about your future direction. If you feel stuck or lack job satisfaction, we will be able to open up new ideas and help you gain insights about where you could find career happiness.

Accelerated

In response to client requests with have created the Accelerated Program for people who have some idea on their next career step and who need to achieve this transition quickly, e.g. to escape a toxic work environment at their current job. The Accelerated Program consists of 8 one-on-one sessions with one of our consultants, delivered over 2-3 months.

As with all of our programs, all coaching will be tailored to your particular needs, we create a personalised process based on our analysis of your needs and wants.

Individual

Our Individual Program is designed to help you accelerate or re-invigorate your career, including during career transitions. If you are seeking comprehensive support with full individual attention, then you should opt for the Individual Program. It is our most popular offering and targets professionals and junior to middle managers.

If you sign up for the Individual Program, there is no time limit on the coaching you receive from us, we work with you until you have achieved the desired outcome (normally 12 one-on-one sessions).

To help you get maximum benefit, all coaching will be tailored to your particular needs with one of our highly experienced career coaches. Depending on individual needs, during the initial stages of the program 2 coaches may be working with you, so that we can be sure to identify the most effective way to help you.

Career Management

Every business has good, even great, employees that have lost their edge. Maybe their productivity has dropped, their ‘can do’ attitude weakened or they have withdrawn from their manager, peers or direct reports. The impact of their disengagement can be dramatic for the team and the business. Often, as businesses don’t know what to do, they do nothing; and as a result the employee moves on. Now this might be the right thing, but too frequently the business has lost a valuable employee when investing in career management was all that was needed.

Executive

Getting to the next level in your executive career can be challenging as opportunities continually diminish towards the top end of the corporate hierarchy. Further, the desire to progress your career may clash with the desire to spend more time with your family or you may not feel valued in your current role or organisation.

Our Executive program is designed to provide focus and insight to determine the right direction and next steps to drive your career forward. Our coaching model is unique in that you may be working with two of our highly experienced consultants for part of your program. Using 2 consultants is more effective because our consultants use complementary skills and approaches.

The Executive program targets senior managers and executives. We tailor a personalised coaching process based on your individual needs. The Executive program provides unlimited coaching support (normally 16 sessions), until you have achieved your desired outcome.

Outplacement

We provide boutique career transition (outplacement) services to organisations looking at small scale (up to 25 people) retrenchments. We specialise on assignments were a sensitive and caring approach is desired and are able to create custom programs for each specific client situation.

We also provide individualised career transition services for senior managers and executives. Again our focus is on empathy and effective coaching to reduce stress to individuals and the people left behind.
