Interviews etc

The key to successful interviews is preparation. We all know this intellectually, but it is quite a different story putting it into practice. To get quality feedback on your interview answers and behaviour, you need to practice with someone who doesn't know you and who has interview training. We make sure that your practice interviews are with a different consultant than the one you are normally working with!

The interview module covers everything about good interview skills:

• Making the right first impression
• The rules of the behavioural interview (STAR technique)
• How to back up your claims
• Concise story telling with a point
• Overcoming nerves
• Body language and tone of voice

You will be videotaped in your practice interviews and then assess your performance afterwards with your consultant. In the extended version of this module we also cover phone interviews, panel interviews, psychometric testing and assessment centres.
