Career Strategy

Based on the work you did during the Reflect & Assess module we can now go into building your individual career strategy. The time horizon of the strategy is completely up to you, it may be for the next 6 months or 6 years.

Part of planning the next stage of your career is having a clear idea of your target market and the industry you are in or wish to enter. We will create a research plan and some scripts with you so that you can gather information quickly. Beyond the industry, we will also plan the level of job you are aiming for and your desired salary.

Based on your research and what you would like to do, we can now:

  • Define your profession and create your 'elevator statement'
  • Translate your desired career into short and medium term goals
  • Define your desired salary range
  • Clarify the effort you need to put in, the risks involved and the support factors you can count on
  • Create the project plan for managing your career transition. 

Based on these tasks and insights we then look at the behaviour changes you need to make to be successful in achieving your goals. Our expert coaches will be able to help you put those changes into practice within a few weeks.
