Reflect & Assess

For most of our clients this module is going to be the starting point of your journey with us. The aim is to get you to reflect on your career history and distil what you liked and what you disliked about the work and the organisations you were with. From this basis we then help you to realistically assess your current situation and how this may translate into the career transition you are looking for.

In our many years of coaching expertise we have learned to ask the right questions if you are unsure about your future direction. If you feel stuck or lack job satisfaction, we will be able to open up new ideas and help you gain insights about where you could find career happiness.

  • How do you pitch at just the right level?

The requirements of a quality resume are myriad and not always obvious. This module will help you create paperwork that is dynamic, concise and easy to read.

To get quality feedback on your interview answers and behaviour, you need to practice with someone who doesn't know you and who has interview training. We make sure that your practice interviews are with a different consultant than the one you are normally working with!

You are not building a network of clients, all you are trying to do is let as many relevant people as possible know that you are available and what sort of job you are looking for. It inevitably turns out that your network is much bigger than you think.
