Rod Conn - Principal Consultant

Rod is an experienced career consultant with a strong background in career coaching and transition, outplacement, talent attraction and executive coaching. Focused and energetic, Rod has a history of achievement in delivering sustainable individual programs and group initiatives focused on personal development and realising career potential. Rod is empathetic, intuitive and an experienced coach and mentor.

His experience has been gained in leadership and consulting roles in information technology, manufacturing, hospitality and professional services organisations. Working with KPMG, Rod developed an excellent understanding of executive careers and how to drive them forward.  He has delivered coaching and transition assignments with AXA, ANZ, Exxon Mobil, Mitsubishi, The ABC, Vision Australia and BDO, to name a few.  Through his work with individuals and organisations Rod has developed a clear understanding of what is needed for effective and positive career development and change. Rod also has a track record in assisting business as it embraces changing labour market and workforce demographics.

Peter Lanius, Managing Director

Peter originates from Berlin, Germany and immigrated to Australia in 1996. He holds a PhD in particle physics. In his first major career transition, Peter went from physics to ten years of working as a consultant and project manager in the IT&T industry. He held senior project management and line management positions in blue-chip companies including Hewlett-Packard, Telstra and Texas Instruments. Throughout this time Peter placed great emphasis on coaching his staff and creating successful teams.

In early 2002 Peter made a second major career transition. He became a business owner as a director of Juno Consulting and its associated entities. Peter has a keen interest in leadership, tools and strategies for behaviour change, human development, psychology, coaching and change management. These interests have led him to attend a broad range of trainings and seminars and he put these learnings into practice in his consulting and coaching work. Peter has attained qualifications in NLP, Time Line Therapy, Hypnosis, EFT/TFT, DiSC and Human Synergistics LSI. He currently focuses on growing the business and executive coaching.

Reny Massoud, BA - Client Relationship Manager

With a Bachelor Degree in both Arts (Social Science) and Business, Reny is an experienced consultant with a strong background in the professional services sector. She began her corporate career with one of the world’s largest executive recruitment firms and has since worked with several boutique providers, specialising in executive transition. Reny has a comprehensive understanding of career transition and career management.  In addition, Reny is experienced in sourcing and recruiting Senior Management and Executive candidates across a range of industries.

Reny has also worked on large scale and boutique career transition and outplacement projects, developing high level program delivery skills through a commitment to ensuring service excellence and creative results to her clients.  Through working with a wide range of professional and leadership clients, Reny has cultivated a solid understanding of what is required to successfully plan career strategy and drive it to a quality outcome.  She also has qualifications in NLP and Time Line Therapy.

Loretta Gandolfo, BA - Consultant (Graduate Programs)

Loretta holds a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management along with qualifications in training. Loretta has worked for various private and non-for-profit organisations specialising in staff recruitment, facilitation of training and 1-on-1 coaching with individuals. In recent times she has developed and facilitated training programs which assist particular client groups within the community to find sustainable employment.

Whist working within the community sector in a Job Network organisation Loretta has developed a great understanding of the barriers which can prevent people from moving forward. Loretta has provided individuals with a clearly structured framework for taking control in order to ensure that they reach their full potential. Her training style ensures that clients are focusing on personal responsibility which helps individuals take control and move forward.

Lynn Johnson, Director

Lynn originates from the UK and immigrated to Australia in 1996. She holds a PhD in particle physics and has worked as a research physicist for ICI in the UK before embarking on a journey that led her from a career in management consulting to becoming the CEO of a charity and setting up Juno Consulting in 2001.

Lynn has extensive experience in designing and implementing programs that help people learn more about themselves, make better choices and open their mind to new possibilities. Her focus over recent years has been to coach over 2,000 business leaders in gaining self-awareness, developing emotional intelligence and leadership flexibility.This extensive background in coaching has allowed her to develop the coaching & career tools for CCM. Lynn is qualified in NLP, Time Line Therapy, DiSC, Human Synergistics LSI and a number of other coaching tools and techniques.
